Individuals can seek help either by making a phone call or filling out our Referral Form (below), depending on their specific needs.

 

Agency or school referrals can also be made through our Referral Form.

 

Once we receive your referral, our staff will reach out to you to finalise the process and provide guidance on the next steps.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We expect you as a client to take full advantage of this FREE service and actively engage with your counsellor through timely communication to achieve your desired outcome.

​

If you can not make an appointment during the course of the counselling, you must contact your counsellor to explain your situation at least 24 hours before hand.

​

If there are two cancellations without a valid reason your file will be closed. There is a 2-year stand down period.
